Certified Breastfeeding Friendly Employers Package
The Certified Breastfeeding Friendly Employers Training is a six-week programme designed to help HR teams and senior leaders create supportive, legally compliant workplaces for breastfeeding employees. It offers practical guidance, policy development and training to foster inclusive, family-friendly workplace cultures.
Breastfeeding Friendly Awareness Training
FAB’s Breastfeeding Awareness Training supports HR teams and line managers to create inclusive, legally compliant workplaces for breastfeeding employees. Choose from a five-hour interactive workshop or flexible online bitesize training (coming soon), both covering key topics such as legal responsibilities, policy development, staff wellbeing, and empathetic communication.
Breastfeeding Peer Supporter Training
Online breastfeeding peer supporter training. This is an accredited training programme designed to give women who have breastfed the knowledge and skills to support other families to breastfeed successfully. It is available for individuals and businesses, but if you are an organisation with 10 or more learners or have a student union card, we may be able to offer a discounted price. The course consists of 11 sessions and 9 assessment pieces that each learner will need to complete over 8 weeks.
