RETURNS AND REFUNDS
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are some items, which cannot be returned or refunded, as follows:

- Gift cards
- Framed Limited Edition prints
- Supersized canvases
- Wallpaper
- Customised or personalised products
- Sale, discount and special offer items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discount/special offer items cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require your order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given, (if applicable). This includes any item returned not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, informing you at that time if it is possible to issue the refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.
- Often the bank/card issuer will take a few extra days to process your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are delivered defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at customerservice@fabclothing.org.uk we will then advise you on the returns procedure.

Shipping
Please see advice note that is supplied with your item for returns address.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not liable for any missing items that you return.
